At Melbourne Coffee Traders, we only ever post-blend our coffee. This means we roast each origin separately to showcase their individual characteristics. Once they have been expertly roasted, we carefully blend two distinct coffee beans’ flavour profiles.
The first offers delightful tones of caramel, dark cocoa, and almond, while the second presents a vibrant mix of bright fruits, a mellow body, and a satisfying caramel finish.
At Melbourne Coffee Traders, we strive diligently to collaborate with partners who align with our unwavering commitment towards exceptional coffee quality and a future of fair and sustainable coffee trade.
We are proud to partner with B corp certified green bean brokers like Sustainable Harvest, as well as Condes/Colab, who along with their sister company Ecom, have created the Sustainable Management Service. Where possible we strive to work as closely as possible with our producers and exporters. This has seen our head roaster travel to Sumatra, Bali, India, Colombia and Honduras. These trips not only serve to educate us on the complexities of coffee agronomy, processing, sourcing and logistics it also strengthens relationships and ensures premiums are paid to farmers for their exceptional coffee.
